Booking and Payment
- Apartment booking is made on the official website of the aparthotel or by phone. When booking, you need to indicate the dates of stay, the number of guests, and the type of apartments.
- After booking, the guest receives a confirmation email with booking information.
- In case of long-term booking or on holidays, additional booking confirmation from the aparthotel may be required.
- The remaining amount is paid upon check-in at the aparthotel. Payment is accepted both in cash and by bank cards.
- In some cases, the hotel may request a deposit to cover possible damages or additional services. This deposit will be returned upon departure, after checking the condition of the apartments.
- If the payment amount has not been fully settled before departure, the guest will be invoiced for the unpaid amount.
